Volleybal (coaching)

At the volleyball association where I play myself, I also coach a men's team!
I design and lead the trainings with my two co-coaches. There we focuse on teamwork, strategy, and individual growth.
This role helps me explore my leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as I guide players toward victory.
It’s taught me how to analyze performance and motivate people to bring out their best. Lessons that translate directly into how I approach collaboration and problem-solving outside volleyball as well.
